Customer called our office to inquire about our car key replacement service. He informed the sales rep that he had lost the only key-fob he had. The sales rep asked what was the year, make and model of the car. Once the sales rep received that information, she proceeded to provide the customer with information and price quotes for replacing his lost car key with a new key-fob (remote head key) including the price to cut the key blade, program the transponder chip and the remote portion of the new key-fob.

The customer agreed to the price quote, provided his address and scheduled an appointment with our sales rep.

David, our tech, arrived onsite at the address provided, introduced himself and proceeded to make the new replacement key-fob. Within 45 minutes David was done making the new key-fob including cutting and programming it to the car.

The customer tested the new key-fob and was very happy he could drive his 2002 BMW 330i again. Customer paid, job completed.
